Kenya Kiamabara
Summary
Kenya Kiamabara is a single-origin specialty coffee from the Nyeri region in Kenya, produced by the Mugaga Farmer Cooperative Society (Mugaga FCS) at the Kiamabara washing station in Kabare. Grown at 1900 meters above sea level, this coffee is a blend of SL 28, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties. Processed using the washed method, it offers a balanced and elegant cup with notes of red currant, milk chocolate, apple, and chokeberry. The flavor profile is fruity and structured, with juicy fruitiness balanced by smooth milk chocolate sweetness. Roasted light, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
