Costa Rica Volcan Azul Caturra Espresso
Summary
A single origin Costa Rican coffee from the Volcan Azul farm in Alajuela, produced by Alejo Castro, a 5th-generation farmer. The Caturra variety undergoes a fully washed process. Grown at 1540-1720 meters above sea level on a 55-hectare farm. Flavour notes include brown sugar, baked apple, and cocoa, with a clean cup and pleasant acidity. Roasted for espresso but also works well with milk.
