This specialty coffee comes from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, produced by Finca de Café at 1450 meters above sea level. The 8-hectare family-run farm grows Ruiru 11, SL28, and SL34 varieties using sustainable and regenerative practices with native shade trees (Albizia, Spathodea, Acacia, Cordia). The coffee undergoes washed processing. The cup profile is clean and elegant, featuring black tea character complemented by hibiscus and rosehip notes with balanced acidity and sweetness.
