India Gundikhan Washed
Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from Gundikhan Estate in India's Western Ghats, produced by Saif Ulla, a founding member of the KaadKaapi Collective. Grown under dense shade cover in the same mountains where coffee was first planted in India centuries ago. The washed process yields a calm, approachable cup with notes of butter cookie, golden raisin, macadamia nut and lemon cream. Sweet, creamy and comforting.
