Summary
Ethiopia Guji Hambela Coffee is a single origin coffee from the Guji zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Grown at 1,900-2,200m altitude on Hambela Farm, this coffee is naturally processed. It is roasted light and offers tasting notes of blueberry, soft lime, floral, and stone fruit. Recommended for both filter brewing and espresso. The farm was created by Aman Adinew and his brother Michael, encompassing 200 hectares and employing 28 full-time staff, expanding to over 700 during peak season.
