It features the rare Striped Bourbon variety, a visually striking mutation of the classic Bourbon cultivar. The coffee undergoes 48 hour fermented natural processing with selective harvesting, hand-sorting, and controlled greenhouse drying. It scored 89 points and offers complex tasting notes of melon, papaya, and pineapple with a silky mouthfeel and clean finish.
