A single-origin coffee from Colombia produced by Nestor Lasso at his farm in collaboration with Adrian Lasso and Jhoan Vergara. Harvested from the Bourbon Sidra varietal, a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica. Processed using the natural method, with careful drying and fermentation on raised tables. Flavour profile includes tropical fruit, passion fruit, tamarind, and molasses. Scored 88 points by a licensed Q grader. Recommended for filter brewing but also suitable for espresso with careful preparation.
