A single origin coffee from Guatemala, produced by the Coatitlan cooperative, a group of smallholder farmers near Lake Atitlán. The coffee is of the Caturra variety and processed using the washed method with a 12-hour maceration and 36-hour wet fermentation. Flavour notes include black cherry, caramel and chocolate. Works well for all brew methods.
