Summary
A blend of two Ethiopian regions: Shakisso from Guji and Chelchele from Yirgacheffe. Shakisso brings elegance and tea-like notes, while Chelchele adds sweetness, complexity, and a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of fresh citrus and stone fruit with a silky-smooth body. Processed as both natural and washed. Grown at 1800–2200 masl. Varieties include Heirloom and Kurume. Light roast.
