Brasilien Sul De Minas Esp.
Summary
A natural-processed Brazilian coffee from Sul de Minas, Minas Gerais, produced by Filomena Estefânia on the Central Mattos/Santa Rita farms. Grown at 800–1250 meters, this medium roast offers a full-bodied, low-acidity cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, orange, dried fruit, and a dry cocoa finish. The farms are EUDR-certified and the processing uses up to 90% less water than washed coffees.
