It is produced by Filomena Estefânia at Fazenda Central Mattos/Santa Rita, a farm with a history dating back to the 1800s. The coffee is naturally processed, grown at altitudes between 800 and 1250 meters, and consists of Bourbon, Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties. It is medium roasted and offers a full-bodied cup with low acidity, featuring notes of chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, dried fruit, and a dry cocoa finish. The farm is EUDR certified and supports women in coffee.
