A blend of two Ethiopian coffees: Shakisso from Guji and Chelchele from Yirgacheffe. It offers a complex yet balanced profile with elegant citrus notes, apricot sweetness, light lively acidity, and a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Processed as natural and washed, grown at 1800–2200 masl. Varieties include Heirloom and Kurume.
