Modœtia is a specialty blend named after the ancient Roman name of Monza. It combines Brazilian Mundo Novo and Catuai (natural), Indian Plantation Kent (washed), and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Heirloom (washed). The cup is low in acidity, full-bodied, nutty, with chocolate taste and notes of nuts, raspberry, and dark chocolate. Suggested for espresso.
