Together Beans is a dark roasted espresso blend combining 80% Brazilian Arabica from Minas Gerais and 20% Indian Robusta. The Brazilian component features Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Typica, Maracaturra, and Maragogype varieties, while the Indian component adds Robusta. The blend is processed using natural/dry method (80%) and monsoon processing (20%). It offers a full-bodied, dense espresso with chocolatey, caramel, nutty, fruity, raisin-like, tropical fruity, earthy, and spicy notes.
