This Ethiopian specialty coffee comes from the Guji region, Bule Hora area in the Oromia Region, grown at 1900-2100m altitude by farmer Temesgen Alemayehu. The coffee consists of Heirloom and JARC 74110 varieties, processed using the natural method where cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 12-15 days. It has a medium roast and is recommended for espresso. The cup profile features notes of red berries, cherry, apricot, raspberry, red grape, honeyed citrus, floral aromatics, and a delicate chocolate finish with vibrant acidity and a rich, rounded texture. It scored 86 points on the SCA scale.
