A specialty coffee from the Bella Vista region of Chiapas, Mexico, produced by the Bella Vista Women’s Coffee Collective, a group of over 200 women led by Rosalba Cifuentes. The coffee is a washed-process blend of Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties, grown at 1,650 meters. It offers floral aromatics, milk chocolate, honey, caramel, and ripe fruit notes with medium acidity and a creamy body. Roasted medium and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
