Easy Beans Colombia
Summary
Easy Beans Colombia is a washed microlot from Finca El Faldón in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, produced by Luis Felipe Leguizamo and his family. Grown at 1840 meters, this light-roasted coffee combines Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties. The cup offers panela, burnt cane sugar and oolong tea notes with lively, refined acidity and a long-lasting candy-like sweetness. The farm won first place at the Cup of Excellence in 2011. Huila's volcanic soils and high altitude support slow cherry maturation, resulting in a clean, elegant and naturally sweet cup. SCA score: 88.
