Indonesia Strawberry Fields Forever
Summary
Indonesia Strawberry Fields Forever is a specialty coffee from Toba, Sumatra, produced by Bang Silalahi. This 100% Catimor arabica coffee underwent an anaerobic co-fermentation with strawberries, creating a pronounced fruity profile. The cup offers flavors of strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and raspberries, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy complex, dessert-like coffee. It is recommended for filtered preparation.
