Summary

Barokah Kerinci is an anaerobic washed coffee from the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, grown at 1400-1700 masl on the plateau at the foot of Mount Kerinci in Gunung Tujuh, Sumatra, Indonesia. The 320 cooperative members farm in mineral-rich volcanic soil. The coffee is fermented in airtight drums for 72 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds. Tasting notes include orange, apricot, and black tea.
