A Kenyan coffee with a very slightly sharp acidity reminiscent of rhubarb, paired with sticky date sweetness and classic blackcurrant flavour notes. It has a jammy, almost sticky mouthfeel. Recommended as filter to keep everything nicely balanced; not recommended for espresso as brewing under pressure amplifies the acidity.
