Grown at 1500 masl on the northern tip of Lake Toba, this coffee features the Sigarar Utang variety and undergoes wet hulled processing. The cup profile is characterized by layered notes of root beer and cola with a balanced structure and elegant resonating aftertaste. The coffee was selected through a public cupping competition, highlighting the quality of parchment produced by local farmers.
