Summary
Muthigi-ini Rwama is a Kenyan coffee from the Kirinyaga district, produced by the Rwama Farmers Co-operative. Grown at 1560 meters above sea level, the coffee consists of SL28 (99%) and Ruiru 11 (1%) varieties. It is processed using the washed method, with cherries pulped, fermented overnight, cleaned, soaked, and dried on raised beds. The coffee offers a flavour profile of pomegranate and red grape with a sugary, delicate sweet-toned finish.
