Summary
Kinoro is a Kenyan coffee from the Kigari Farmer Co-op, grown at 1590 MASL in Meru county near Mt Kenya. The coffee is washed processed and features Ruiru and SL34 varieties. It offers a flavour profile of tart blackberry with brown sugar sweetness and mandarin sweetness. The co-op of 800 farmers runs the Kinoro Factory mill and is focused on quality improvement and providing opportunities for local youth and women through coffee farming.
