This single origin coffee from Kenya is sourced from smallholder farms local to the Kagumo mill, located in the forested Kiringaya region in Central Kenya on the volcanic soils surrounding Mt. Kenya. The coffee is processed using the washed method at the Kagumo mill, operated by the Mutira Farmer Cooperative Society. Varieties include Batian, SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11, grown at 1700 metres above sea level. The cup profile features juicy citrus, blackberry and syrupy dark chocolate.
