Firebird Coffee Company is a London-based specialty coffee roaster with a mission that runs deeper than most. They source single origin beans exclusively from farmers and communities rebuilding after conflict — Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia and beyond. Every batch is roasted to order in small batches, typically light to medium, letting the origin's character shine through. New coffees drop regularly, so there's always something fresh to explore. No cafe (yet), but they occasionally open their roastery for tours and tastings. The name nods to the phoenix — fitting for a roaster built on resilience and rebirth.
