Vanilla Crumble

Summary

Vanilla crumble is a blend of a Colombian coffee fermented with fruit and enzymes (48 hours in hermetically sealed containers, then fermented with enzymes, dried cherries and sugar cane juice, machine dried at controlled temperature) and a washed Ethiopian coffee dried on African beds. Grown at 1800 m. It delivers an intensely sweet and fruity profile with notes of vanilla and cherries. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing (Hoop, Pulsar, V60, batch brew, Aeropress). Contains roasted arabica beans.
