Summary

Specialty coffee from the Tega & Tula Specialty Coffee Farm in the Kaffa zone of Ethiopia, established in 2000 by Ahadu Woubhset. The farm comprises two neighboring farms named after the villages of Tega and Tula, in the Gibo district, with around 400 of its 500 hectares planted with coffee. This lot comes from the Kewo plot, a 49.82-hectare sub-plot of the Tega farm beside the nursery and washing station, where UNESCO heritage forests shape its terroir. Heirloom varieties grown at 1750 masl and naturally processed. Balanced and fruity, with notes of bergamot, gooseberry and cacao.
