Set up your grinder- 1.Pour around 80 grams of water over the ground coffee in circular moves, wetting all the coffee to start blooming. (15 s)
- 0:15Wait for extra 25 seconds and pour the rest of the hot water in a circular move, keeping all coffee particles wet. (25 s)
- 4:00Finish the extraction at minute 4 and move the coffee to a server to stop extraction.
Target EY 18-20%. Grind finer than regular French press recipes due to Espro Press micro filters.
