The Colombian component comes from 593 smallholder producers in Santa Maria, Pitalito, Huila (1,600–1,900 MASL), using Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, washed processed. The Rwandan component comes from 1,300 smallholder farmers in Rulindo District (1,700–2,000 MASL), using Red Bourbon variety, natural processed. The coffee offers tasting notes of bergamot, dark chocolate, and toffee, with an average cupping score of 85.75.
