Ethiopia Agaro + Peru Huabal is a dark roast blend combining a washed Peru coffee from the Cajamarca region (Caturra, Typica, Catimor varieties, grown at 1,750–1,900 MASL) and a washed Ethiopia coffee from Yirgacheffe (Heirloom variety, grown at 1,900–2,200 MASL). The Peru Huabal is grown at high altitudes by smallholder family farmers, while the Ethiopia Agaro comes from 498 smallholder farmers. The blend features tasting notes of black tea, smoked caramel, and fudge, with an average cupping score of 85.
