Honduras El Puente Farm Field Blend
Summary
A blend from Finca El Puente in the La Paz region of Honduras, combining SL28, Batian, Geisha, and Ethiopian varieties grown in four different areas of the farm. The farm is managed by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, award-winning coffee producers. The Field Blend was created almost by chance after a cupping session when leftover beans from four varieties were mixed, yielding a surprisingly exceptional cup. The coffee is suitable for various brewing methods including French press, filter coffee, moka pot, and espresso.
