
Decaf Idido
Summary
Decaf Idido is a single-origin decaffeinated coffee from the Idido cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The coffee is processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. It is grown at 1,900–2,400 meters above sea level by nearly 2,000 smallholder producers who are members of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU). Varieties include Kurume, Wolisho, Dega, 74110, 74112, 74165, and JARC Yirgacheffe Specialty varieties. The coffee offers flavour notes of apricot, citrus, and brown sugar. Certified organic and kosher.
