Typica Mejorado Washed coffee from Finca Soledad, located in the Intag Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage GEOPARK in Ecuador. The farm dedicates 115 of its 120 hectares to forest conservation. Grown at 1515-1750 metres above sea level, this Typica Mejorado variety is cultivated on 5 hectares using biodynamic practices. The washed processing method highlights the distinct terroir of the Intag Valley. The coffee is nitrogen-flushed and packaged in valveless bags with oxygen content reduced to under 3% for optimal freshness.
