Sumatra Lintong Grade 1 coffee from Indonesia, grown by smallholders in the Sumatra Lintong region. Processed using the traditional wet-hulled (semi-washed) method. Varieties include Catimor and Typica. Grown at 1,800 meters altitude. Medium roast with notes of cocoa, nutty, sweet, tropical fruit, pineapple, lemon, lime, pomegranate, and earthy tones. Low acidity with a subtle body.
