Uganda Mubuku is a specialty Arabica coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains ("Mountains of the Moon") in western Uganda. Grown by thousands of smallholder farmers on volcanic soils at 1300–2000 meters elevation. The SL14 variety is processed using the honey method at Mubuku Coffee Washing Station. The cup profile features dried tropical fruits, ripe peach, berries, caramel sweetness, cocoa, and black tea notes with a medium body and tea-like texture. Roasted to City+ level.
