Summary
The Honduras Jerusalén GEISHA coffee comes from Finca Jerusalén near Trinidad in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. Grown at 1350m altitude on volcanic soil by farmer José F. Cuellár Fajardo. This Geisha variety coffee is processed using the fully washed (wet) method and dark roasted. It offers a sweet, caramel-like aroma with medium body and flavours of dried fruits, floral sweetness, chocolate, cane sugar, and a sweet caramel finish with slight cocoa bitterness. The coffee scored 87.8 SCA points and is recommended for espresso preparation.
