Summary

This coffee comes from the Abore station in Bona Zuria, Sidama, Ethiopia, where 1022 smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherries. Grown at 1920-2020 meters above sea level, the varieties 74110 and 74112 are selections from the Jimma Agricultural Research Center, descended from wild heirloom varieties. The lot is dried on raised beds for 16-25 days with controlled fermentation. The cup is balanced and juicy with soft florals, dark chocolate, dried fig, almond, and vanilla.
