This Gesha variety undergoes honey processing: fully ripe cherries are hand harvested, depulped with controlled mucilage, and slowly dried on covered patios and raised beds. Flavour profile includes jasmine, berry, sugarcane, and purple grape. Roasted for filter brewing.
