Colombia El Diviso Sidra Filter - Single Origin
Summary
Colombia El Diviso Sidra Filter is a single-origin coffee from El Diviso Farm, founded in 1997 by Jose Uribe Lasso in the Normandia district, about 30 minutes northwest of Huila's Bruselas. The farm is managed by Jose and his three sons, who employ innovative processing methods. This Bourbon Sidra undergoes a special sequential fermentation using Mossto, a coffee cherry juice that enhances fermentation with additional microbiomes and sugars. Grown at 1750-1950 meters, it offers a flavour profile of almond, cranberry, grape, and yoghurt. Roasted for filter brewing.
