The farm, founded in 1997 by Jose Uribe Lasso, is managed with his three sons, who employ innovative processing methods. This Sidra Bourbon variety undergoes a sequential fermentation using Mossto, a coffee cherry juice, enhancing complex flavours. Tasting notes include almond, cranberry, grape, and yoghurt. Grown at 1750-1950 meters above sea level.
