A single-origin espresso from El Diviso Farm in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. The farm, founded in 1997 by Jose Uribe Lasso, is managed with his three sons, who employ innovative processing methods. This Sidra Bourbon variety undergoes a sequential fermentation using Mossto, a coffee cherry juice, enhancing complex flavours. Tasting notes include almond, cranberry, grape, and yoghurt. Grown at 1750-1950 meters above sea level.
