Meuf - Filter is a washed coffee from Dipilto, Nicaragua, grown at 1,500-1,600 m on the Las Tres Hermanas farm by producer Cynthia Morales. It is made exclusively from the rare Bourbon Tekesic variety, selected in El Salvador in the 1950s-60s. The washed process, including meticulous cherry sorting and drying on African beds at Bridazul station, highlights a bright acidity with notes of lemon, cocoa nibs, and smooth toffee. This microlot supports women in coffee and was imported by The Good Sourcing.
