Indonesia Kintamani Natural
Summary
Naturally processed coffee from family-owned farms in the highlands of Kintamani, Central Bali, Indonesia, organized through Subak Abian. Varieties Bourbon, Typica and Catimor grown at 1200-1600 m.a.s.l. Natural processing was adopted in the region as a response to water scarcity, drying whole ripe cherries. Opens with notes of blackberry and root beer, followed by smooth milk chocolate sweetness; lively, rounded acidity and a plush, balanced body.

Use water as hot as possible. Adjust grind for a 3-4 minute brew time; the finer the grind, the longer it will take to brew.
