Guatemala La Folie
Summary
Guatemala La Folie is a washed coffee from the Antigua region of Guatemala, produced by La Folie farm. The farm has been cultivating coffee for 50 years, owned by Mary Anne de Urruela and managed by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora since 2003. The coffee is made from Bourbon and Catuarra varieties, grown at 1,500-1,800 meters above sea level. It is a light roast with flavour notes of citrus, maple syrup, and bakers chocolate, offering a balanced and approachable profile with clementine brightness, syrupy sweetness, and cocoa depth.
