Summary
A rare Red Gesha micro-lot from Fazenda Rio Verde – Ipanema Premier Cru, grown in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountains of Sul de Minas, Brazil. This 5.19 ha lot (Glebe G54) was naturally processed and dried on the tree, then dried for 328 hours on raised beds, concentrating its syrupy sweetness and delicate floral aroma. Harvested on 31 May 2024, the lot placed 15th in the Cup of Excellence 2018. Expect orange blossom and nectar aroma, honey sweetness, light florals and a silky finish. Recommended for filter or light-to-medium pour over.
