An Ethiopian specialty coffee from the Idido area of Yirgacheffe, produced by small-holder farmers and processed at the Idido Washing Station. Heirloom Ethiopian varieties grown at 1850-1880 meters altitude. Washed processed and medium roasted. The cup profile offers fresh floral notes with mild caramel flavors, winey acidity, and a mellow clean fruit-like sweetness. Presented in a pour-over coffee-to-go format.
