Summary

Afar – Ethiopia is a specialty-grade, 100% Arabica filter coffee from the Idido region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 1850-1880 meters altitude. Made with Heirloom Ethiopian varieties, it undergoes a washed process with special prep (Premium) where cherries are selectively sourced from limited smallholder farmers. Medium roasted, offering fresh floral aromas with mild caramel notes, winey acidity, and a soft, clean, fruity sweetness. Part of the Malebo Project at Idido washing station operated by Ardent Coffee Exporter, with proceeds supporting the Ardent Children Center orphanage. Packaged as single-serve filter bags for on-the-go preparation.
