Summary

A washed coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru, produced by a cooperative of smallholder growers. Varieties include Catimor, Caturra, and Typica. Grown at 1,400–1,800 meters above sea level, it offers a cup with mandarin, yellow plum, honey sweetness, and a soft chocolate finish, with bright citric acidity and a balanced, creamy body. Designed to work well both as espresso and filter.
