Boscon

BOSCON is a Valencia roaster doing artisanal specialty coffee with a bit of Spanish sunshine about it. The range splits into an everyday Classic line and a more adventurous Collection, spanning profiles from chocolatey and fruity to delicate and floral. They've got a coffee bar and brunch spot in Valencia (walk-ins only — very Mediterranean), and ship across Spain and the wider EU, with a subscription if you want it turning up regularly. It's a friendly, quality-first operation focused on careful bean selection and the little details. A lovely pick if you want approachable single origin specialty coffee from Spain's east coast.
