Produced by family-owned farms organized around the cooperative, with many farmers being widows from the Gayonese ethnic group. Varieties include Catimor, Tim Tim, and Abyssinia. Processed using the Wet Hulled method. Roasted medium/dark, featuring bold intensity with dark chocolate, cacao, and spice flavours. Suitable for cafetiere brewing or strong espresso.
