The Future - Mai Tai is a blend of four coffees from Colombia and Costa Rica created by Black & White Coffee Roasters to recreate the flavors of a Mai Tai cocktail. Produced by Rodrigo Sánchez (banana co-ferment from Huila), Los Nogales (Typica Origins from Huila), Wilton Benitez (Pink Bourbon from Cauca), and Esteban Zamora (cinnamon anaerobic from Tarrazú). The coffee features tasting notes of Jamaican rum, strawberry-banana smoothie, pineapple, passion fruit, and baking spices, achieved through various processing techniques including anaerobic and co-fermentation methods.
